After months and months and months of talking about it, I finally put my house on the market today. I wish I could simply snap my fingers and magically be moved into my new home. Not because I dread the process of moving…it’s actually the exact opposite…I LOVE moving. I love the packing, and the labeling of the boxes, and the creating of time lines and to-do lists, and the emptying of the old house, and the loading of the new house, and the unpacking. I love it all! My mom says there is medication I can take for that. But I really HATE my current commute and am SO over it. So I’m really excited about moving closer to my job. And every other place I go to on a frequent basis!

So over the last year or so I have created a kitchen that is organized down to the last little detail. Everything has a place and everything is in its place at all times. I don’t waste time looking for things or having to move things around to get to something. It’s great.. And I’m about to give it up. Well, not forever. However the next home I buy will more than likely be a complete remodel, so I don’t know how long I will be living in a work-in-process.
So for the next few weeks I will be posting on my various kitchen organization projects that I will miss so much. These will include
